COMMON PAYMENT QUESTIONS
β How do I pay — cash, card, Venmo, etc.?
We currently accept card payments and checks.
β Do you require payment before or after service?
Yes — payment is required before service to ensure everything processes correctly. This helps prevent issues like incorrect card information. (Checks are the exception and can be collected as scheduled.)
β When do you charge?
When you first start service, your payment will be processed on the day of your cleanup.
After that, starting the following month, billing will occur on the 1st of each month. If you pay by check, we’ll collect it during your first cleanup of the month.
β Do you provide refunds?
We do not offer refunds, as we charge on a month-to-month basis. If you choose to cancel, we’ll complete your services for the remainder of the paid month, and then your service will end.
