Thank you for choosing Sloane’s Canine Cleanup. Our mission is simple: to keep your yard clean, fresh, and safe for you and your pets. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they outline our service policies and expectations. By signing up for our services, you agree to these terms.

Payments & Billing

 

Recurring Services:

Billing takes place on the 1st of each month for recurring services.

Payment must be made before your first cleanup of the month in order to remain on the service schedule.

 

One-Time & Initial Cleanups:

Payment is due at the time of service.

 

Payment Methods:

We currently accept payments via card, check, or cash. Soon, we will provide a client portal for easier account management, invoices, and billing.

 

Late/Failed Payments:

If payment is not received, service will be paused until payment is processed. Service fees are non-refundable.

Scheduling & Service Days

 

Service routes run from approximately 7:00 AM until dusk.

 

We cannot guarantee exact arrival times, but we aim to maintain consistency in service days and times week to week.

 

You will receive a text notification approximately 30–60 minutes before arrival.

 

If your service falls on a major holiday, we may adjust your schedule to the day before or after. If we cannot reschedule, we will skip that week and remove two weeks’ worth of waste on your next service.

Access & Pets

You do not need to be home during service, but gates and access points must be unlocked.

 

We can clean with your dogs in the yard as long as they are non-aggressive and approachable.

 

If you are home during your first service, we encourage introductions between our team and your dogs.

Waste Removal Policy

 

For efficiency and sanitation, we do not haul waste away.

 

All waste will be securely bagged and placed in your outdoor trash receptacle, or left neatly by the gate if no bin is available.

Equipment Sanitation

 

We care about the health and safety of all pets. Our tools and equipment are disinfected after each cleanup with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent cross-contamination.

Cancellations & Termination of Service

 

Either party may cancel service at any time.

 

If you cancel mid-month, we are happy to complete the remainder of that month’s cleanings, but no refunds will be issued for unused services.

At Sloane’s Canine Cleanup, your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information necessary to provide quality service, such as:

 

Your name and contact information (address, phone number, email).

 

Property details (gate access, yard size, areas to be serviced).
